[Development Case] Utility Integration Monitoring
We will output the signals and analog values collected from the equipment to external formats such as report printing/CSV!
We would like to introduce a case study of the "Utility Integrated Monitoring" developed by TCC. This system has functions such as process monitoring, trend monitoring, alarm/event monitoring, and equipment control/settings, allowing for real-time monitoring of equipment status. It collects various process signals and analog signals from each utility facility in the production plant. Communication processing is performed from controllers with different protocols/specifications controlled by multiple utility equipment manufacturers. 【Implementation Effects and Points】 - Information that needed to be monitored individually can now be monitored all at once. - Process values can be collected efficiently. - Large volumes of data can be collected, stored, and analyzed at high speed. - Anomalies can be detected early, preventing potential production opportunity losses. - The monitoring screen is designed using process flow diagrams and factory layout diagrams, allowing for intuitive situation understanding. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
